Defining a roll-out plan that goes beyond just the technology is essential for user adoption; clearly defining communication and support channels is essential. We find the most successful projects are those that involve the end users right through the configuration phase into pilot and on to production. As our products are so configurable, even after go live, we can often further refine our solution to fix pain points for users without major rework. Constantly being open to that feedback is a key part of our offering. #govtech #hss #socialwork #childprotection

Finally the fruit of 3 months of hard work. PMP training has been a transformative milestone in my career as a Senior Application Architect. It transformed my thought process and approach to how to plan and execute by emphasizing the strategic alignment of project goals with organizational objectives. This shift allows me to look beyond the technical scope and evaluate how each project contributes to overall business success, a crucial skill for driving innovation as an architect.
